Phone Repair Store Warranty Statement

Please read the following warranty statement carefully before availing any repair services at our phone repair store. This warranty covers repairs and services performed by our quallified technicians. By proceeding with any repair service, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Warranty Duration:

Our warranty covers a period of three (3) months from the date of repair completion. During this time, we will repair any defects in the parts used or the installation process, free of charge.

Pre-existing Damage:

Our warranty covers the repair and replacement of parts and components that are directly affected by the service performed by our certified technicians. However, please note that devices with pre-existing damage or defects may experience additional issues that are unrelated to the repair performed at our store. This includes damages to the motherboard, connections, ribbon cables, or any other internal components that were already compromised before the repair.

Non-Coverage of Pre-existing Damage:

Our warranty does not cover pre-existing damage or defects in devices, unless the specific repair service requested explicitly involves addressing those particular issues. It is essential for customers to understand that our warranty is limited to the parts and installation related to the specific repair performed and does not extend to pre-existing conditions or unrelated components.

Customer Approval:

If our technicians identify pre-existing damage during the assessment, we will require your approval before proceeding with any additional repairs outside the scope of the original service. We believe in transparent communication and want our customers to be fully informed about any additional costs or repairs necessary to address pre-existing conditions.

Water Damage Exclusion:

Our warranty does not cover devices that have come into contact with water or any other liquid. Water damage can cause unforeseen issues, and therefore, repairs related to water damage are not covered under warranty. Once the phone hase been opened we try our best to reseal the phone with leading industry  glues and repair tape.

Cracked Screens:

Cracked screens are not covered under our warranty. Screens are delicate components that can sustain damage due to accidental drops or impacts. We recommend taking precautions to protect your device from such incidents.

Misuse of Device:

Our warranty does not cover damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of the repaired device. It is essential to use your device responsibly and follow the manufacturer's guidelines to prevent any issues that may void the warranty.

Defects Caused After Repair:

Any defects or issues arising from subsequent incidents, accidents, mishandling, or unauthorized repairs after our service will void the warranty provided. We strongly advise customers to exercise caution and protect their devices against any potential damages.

Warranty Claim Process:

To make a warranty claim, please present the original repair invoice or receipt as proof of service. Our technicians will assess the device and determine if the issue falls under the warranty coverage. If eligible, we will repair or replace the defective parts or address the faulty installation.

Warranty Exclusions:

Our warranty does not cover pre-existing conditions, software-related issues, data loss, or damages caused by third-party applications or accessories. Furthermore, any repairs performed by unauthorized technicians or service centers will void our warranty.

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or correcting faulty installations, as determined by our technicians. We are not responsible for any consequential damages or losses incurred due to the use or non-use of the device during the repair process.

Please note that this warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies you may have under consumer protection laws. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights.
